Behind the wheel of the T444 Polaris Pro R is the founder and owner of UTV Pros in Hurricane, Utah — a builder who turned a lifelong obsession with side-by-sides into a competition program of his own. He got into desert racing for one reason: to keep pushing his love for UTVs as far as the platform will go. What started in the shop — building, tuning, and dialing in machines for other people — became a personal drive to prove it out at the highest level of the sport, in the unlimited Pro R class. That commitment paid off early with a 4th-place finish at the Mint 400, one of the most demanding races in North American desert racing — a result that put UTV Pros on the map as more than a shop name. Now the focus is T444: a purpose-built Pro R competition machine engineered end-to-end in-house for BITD and AORC desert racing, including the legendary Vegas to Reno.
